Spring...not sure where you have been hiding.
The seventies reigns this season. High waist pants, the wide leg look and of course the OBI belt. Lots of shifts dresses out there. I have lived long enough now to know most things swing back around...maybe a different version but they do appear. Depends on our experience wearing them if we will put them on our bodies again. Remember clothes and experience melt together...giving us feelings which I hope are good ones.
